Your MailBuild site will have its own unique address that you can point your clients to when they log-in, such as http://abcdesign.createsend.com. You can use any name you like with letters and number only, but no spaces.

Make sure you review our anti-spam, privacy and terms of use policies before you create an account. We take spam very seriously and have a strict permission policy you and your clients will need to abide by.

What software do I need to run MailBuild?

You and your clients access your MailBuild account via a web browser. You'll both need either Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+ (for PC), Firefox (for Mac, PC, and Linux), or Safari (for Mac).

Right now our WYSWIYG editor doesn't work in Safari, so it's recommended your clients use one of the other browsers above to create their emails.

When will I have to start paying?

You can set up your account, add your clients and give the tyres a good kick before you'll need to spend a cent.

When your clients start sending campaigns, you can pay on their behalf or let them pay us directly - it's your call. Read more about this over at pricing.
