"Absolutely awesome, no other newsletter application even comes close"
Posted by David Greiner on December 10, 2007 1:37 PM
Your software is absolutely awesome, no other newsletter application I've seen even comes close to the functionality and ease of use of MailBuild. My first client is super impressed, and we are already designing a new template for his second business.
In the past I've been hesitant to push email newsletters as an option for my clients purely because all of the tools I tried were so clunky and hard to use. From now on I'll definitely be recommending that all my clients set up an email newsletter because you have made it so easy.

I don't care if I keep saying it, but you guys rock! The Festival staff absolutely adore the flexibility we get with the MailBuild templates :)

"Everything worked effortlessly"
Posted by Mathew Patterson on October 16, 2007 12:11 PM
MailBuild is amazing! Our first MailBuild client just sent their first newsletter. I can't tell you how refreshing it was that everything worked effortlessly. Our client found it very easy to use and was amazed by the reporting tools. For us, the straight forward system and clean user interface meant far less work for us in training and teaching.

I just wanted to say thanks heaps for all the new features on Mailbuild. This is without a doubt the best online product I’ve ever used, and the new custom fields and title/image links are simply gold! So much of our future business direction and revenue streams are being re-moulded with the ever-increasing capabilities of your fantastic product.

"MailBuild is the BEST web application I have ever used hands down"
Posted by David Greiner on April 10, 2007 5:15 PM
I just want to say that you guys, simply, ROCK. MailBuild is the BEST web application I have ever used hands down. The setup is painless, the features are stellar (and work perfectly), the price is unbeatable and the support is unparalleled. In all seriousness, I have never been more satisfied with a web application in my entire career...and I build web apps for a living! If I could build apps this well, I'd be sitting on a beach somewhere. Thanks again for everything!

Look - no hands!

We created the template for their first mailout last season, and the client sent this one out without us even doing ANYTHING, which truth be told was quite exhilarating!
After holding our client's hands with other apps it's nice to know they can utilise the software without our assistance...now that is value add!

"I love MailBuild"

"MailBuild is a win-win for everyone"
Posted by David Greiner on January 5, 2007 2:32 PM
We recently came across a really nice review of MailBuild by Clay Thu that we just had to share. Clay really hits the nail on the head about our motivations behind building MailBuild in the first place.
Now, every time a client of ours wants to send off a newsletter, they log into MailBuild, access one of a number of templates that we created for them, enter in their content, and send it off.
All without ever having to give us a call or send us an email. That’s a big step forward from the old way of us having to receive content, go into an html file, update content and images, then go through the process of uploading and sending. MailBuild is a win-win for everyone involved, and we’re strongly recommending it to anyone who needs to send newsletters.
It's always great to hear real customers give positive feedback, but even more so when our software is making a fundamental difference to how they do business.
"This will be an incredible advance for my clients"

Let me first say that MailBuild rocks! I've been using Campaign Monitor for a while now, and have thought about MailBuild as an option for some customers -- but, after building my first template and importing it in less than 1 hour, I'm blown away. This will be an incredible advance for my clients.

"I can see this making a radical difference in the way we approach our clients"

I absolutely love the MailBuild interface. I can see this making a radical difference in the way we approach our clients about email campaigns. Great job.

My clients "absolutely love it"
Posted by David Greiner on October 24, 2006 11:13 AM
I have added my first client to MailBuild and they absolutely love it. Their old newsletter system was difficult to use and failed frequently when sending e-mails. They have already sent four campaigns and have received great response to all of them thanks to your amazing product!

"I love MailBuild and would highly recommend it to any designer!"
Posted by David Greiner on September 22, 2006 3:14 PM
I love MailBuild and would highly recommend it to any designer! After having produced many newsletters and dreading the tedious process it normally is with never ending last minute edits I'm actually looking forward to my next newsletter project! The attention to detail is perfect. The content tags are incredibly simple and logical, so even if you aren't a coder it's easy to add tags for editable content. Thank you for the excellent product.

MailBuild gets a perfect score from WorkHappy.net
Posted by David Greiner on August 23, 2006 12:50 PM
We've just received a perfect 5 out of 5 rating for MailBuild over at the awesome entrepreneur resource blog WorkHappy.net and couldn't be happier.
Freshview have a knack for polishing their interfaces so that they hold your hand, and read your mind, and this is no exception. These guys really are an inspiration for how to properly do a web app.
I think we're still blushing. Just over 12 months ago we were lucky enough to get the same 5 out of 5 rating for Campaign Monitor. If you're not already a regular visitor, head on over and check out other top notch resources you might be missing out on.
"Freakin' excellent!!!"

FREAKIN' EXCELLENT!!! Wow - you guys rock! MailBuild is great. Love the service, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness of "seeing what the client will see". I hardly ever write "love letters" like this, but you deserve it. Nice work, well done. Thank you!!!

"A great way to keep the content in your client's control"
Posted by David Greiner on August 15, 2006 6:44 PM
Nick Finck, the well respected editor of the awesome Digital Web Magazine just posted his thoughts on MailBuild.
For those who haven't already kicked the tyres on MailBuild, I would highly recommend you do so if you plan on letting your clients loose to publish their own email newsletters. It's a great way to keep the content in their control and hit the auto-pilot button.
Thanks Nick.
"My clients are so excited"
Posted by David Greiner on August 9, 2006 1:01 PM
We just came across an awesome post about MailBuild over at Refresh, the home of New York based designer Armistead Booker. Here's a snippet:
Designed with the strengths of Campaign Monitor in mind, MailBuild is all about employing templates that your clients can take and run with. Already, I've been very impressed with how easy it is to build a custom template and setup billing. And my clients are so excited to jump into the app, tweak their content, manage their subscribers, and watch the reports roll in! Together, Campaign Monitor and MailBuild really are a force to behold.
The aim of MailBuild was always to create something for designers that blows their clients away and makes their life a little easier at the same time. Feedback and kind words like this certainly make the hard work worthwhile.
