Designing for a government department would create some unique challenges! This is a nicely constructed and attractive corporate design from the New Zealand Ministry for the Envrionment.

The typography is nice and clean, and we really like the strong header and footer that give the reader a quick way of identifying the email. An excellent design that feels contemporary without being flashy.
