The Broadcast story is a great one. The team from Leicester based Rock Kitchen Harris had spent weeks building their own in house email marketing tool for their clients.
That all changed when they discovered MailBuild...
After we sent you an email calling you bastards, we quickly realised that MailBuild was a better solution. We had spent weeks creating an in house version of Broadcast, but it took us about 10 minutes to switch to MailBuild, and another 10 to rebrand it as our own.
Their team have done a great job rebranding the app and creating a marketing site around it. They've even gone as far as creating some great demo movies to highlight the products key features using their own branding.

Not sure if "Broadcast" is checking the follow-ups for this message but I am interested in how many clients they currently have using the service, as well as how they deal with their list management. Do you allow the clients to create and import new lists, or do you only allow the lists to come from the subscription forms on their website? Do you log in daily to follow up on all of your mailings that your clients are sending out?
