Forward to a friend is here

We've just launched complete forward to a friend support into every MailBuild account. From today, you can now include forward to a friend links in your clients templates, allowing their recipients to pass on their email 5 friends at a time. All this is done by adding one simple tag to your client's template.

Screenshot from the forward to a friend reports Each time your client's subscribers use forward to a friend, they'll be taken to a personalized sub-domain, such as http://clientname.forward-email.com.

We've also included complete forward to a friend reporting in your client's account. This report shows exactly which recipient's are forwarding their emails, as well as who they're forwarding them to.

But we didn't stop there. You can also customize the forward to a friend page for each client by adding their own logo to the top of the page. Head into Client Settings and click on "Customize the forward to a friend page" to get started.

Finally, we've just updated the help documentation and resources to include a little more about this new feature as well as a sample template you can download to see exactly how it works.
